We first mentioned the Durango Casino in one of our weekly news videos back 2022 when it was still just an idea. The property has only been open since December of 2023, but already their owner, Station Casinos, in preparing for a $116 million expansion as part of the second phase of development. Construction for the expansion project has already began and is expected to take 12 months. It will bring significant enhancements to the property, including expanded gaming options and a large new parking structure.
