Four Winds Casino Hartford celebrated opening its newest slots lounge with a ribbon cutting ceremony starring casino execs and a mummy this weekend.

The new slots room features 19 games from Aristocrat Gaming, which manufactures and distributes land-based slots and electric games around the world.

The room pops with bright colors and characters that populate some Artistocrat Gaming’s machines painted on the walls. In fact, The mummy from Mo ‘ Mummy was there to pose with guests and cheer them on as the first 250 player’s club members received one max bet spin on the Spooky Link machine it stars in.

“We are constantly striving to enhance the entertainment experience for our guests,” Mary Smith, President and CEO of Four Winds Casinos said. “The addition of the new slot room at Four Winds Hartford, featuring popular titles from Aristocrat Gaming, will add some additional excitement for players who want to try their luck on several popular games!”

Four Winds Hartford is mostly a slots casino, operating 450 of them, including progressive machines linked to casinos nationwide. It only has seven table games, but is the home of a Timbers Fast Food Deli with 74 restaurant seats and a 12-seat bar.

Located in Hartford, Michigan, the casino one of four owned by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi. They opened its first casino, Four Winds Casino Resort in New Buffalo in 2007. Four Winds Hartford opened in 2011, followed by Four Winds Dowagiac in 2013 and Four Winds South Bend in 2018.

Aristocrat Gaming is part of a company that has been producing gambling machines for more than 70 years. It actually employees more people (7,400) than the population of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi (6,400).
